The Core Elements we work with:
Touch: Calming of the nervous system that occurs when we receive intentionally offered, non-invasive, loving touch. The deep pressure of weighted touch is critically important for deep calming of the nervous system.
Movement: Opening new pathways of movement opens new pathways for experiencing the world emotionally and psychologically.
Grounding and Centering: Physical grounding and moving along the path of ease where there is support; Centering in the heart so that one is expanded and open to flow
Practicing Presence: Being in the discovery process; in the Now. Self-empowerment through Body Presence. Anchoring awareness in the body; witnessing thoughts, feelings, somatic sensations. Noticing breath.
Supportive Relating: The vulnerability of intimacy; of fully, unselfconsciously sharing and giving oneself, and receiving another unconditionally.
