Practicing Presence: Being in the discovery process; in the Now. Self-empowerment through Body Presence. Anchoring awareness in the body; witnessing thoughts, feelings, somatic sensations.
Supportive Relating: The intimacy of fully, unselfconsciously giving oneself and receiving another with clear, consistent, responsive support.
